LoadMaster Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of LoadMaster (“the App”), a logistics management platform operated by Graduate Innovation ThinkTank Co. Ltd.
(“GIT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using LoadMaster, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By registering,
you warrant the accuracy of your personal and/or company information. Submitting
false or misleading information constitutes fraud and may result in account suspension.
- Use of Services
- The App facilitates transportation and logistics services by connecting users
(“Clients”) with drivers (“Service Providers”).
- GIT is a technology facilitator and not a transporter.
- All transactions and service agreements are between the Client and the Service
Provider.
- Any misuse of the platform for unauthorized, illegal, or deceptive purposes is
prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
- Payment and Pricing
- Users agree to pay all fees as calculated by the platform based on distance, truck
category, and other applicable charges.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- GIT may deduct transaction or commission fees from completed service amounts.
- Attempts to falsify payment records, underreport charges, or use stolen payment
credentials are considered fraud.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations by Clients may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated cancellations or rejections of trips without valid cause may be deemed
misuse of the App.
- Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and at GIT’s sole
discretion.
- Liability
- GIT is not liable for:
○ Delays, damages, or losses incurred during transportation.
○ Misconduct, negligence, or illegal actions by Service Providers or Clients.
○ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- In the event of a dispute, loss, or incident involving a shipment, GIT will make
reasonable efforts to assist with investigations, coordination, and tracking using
available platform data. This support is offered as a courtesy and does not imply
liability or responsibility for the outcome.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold GIT harmless against claims arising from use
of the App.
- Driver and Vehicle Responsibility
- Service Providers are responsible for vehicle condition, compliance with road
laws, and safe delivery of goods.
- Vehicles used must meet local safety and licensing standards.
- Any falsification of vehicle information, expired documents, or unauthorized
vehicle substitutions may result in suspension.
- GIT is not responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, or licensing.
- Account Suspension and Termination
- GIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these
Terms, fraud, or misuse of the App.
- Fraud includes but is not limited to: submitting false identification or vehicle
details, falsifying trip data, misrepresenting service or payment, and using
unauthorized payment methods.
- Misuse of the App includes but is not limited to: using the platform for illegal
activities, harassing users, tampering with system functionalities, repeatedly
cancelling or rejecting trips in bad faith, and sharing login credentials with others.
- GIT may take necessary action, including legal recourse, in cases of confirmed
fraud or misuse.
- Data Use and Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.
- Attempting to access or manipulate user data without authorization is strictly
prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes
indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- User Consent
By registering or using the LoadMaster app, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood the Terms and Conditions, and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of
your personal information as described herein. If you do not agree with the terms, you
should not use the App.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through
arbitration in Kampala.
